Crossing Automation - Trans-Center
The Trans-Center is a unique variation of a Load-Lock. It holds either six or nine wafers and, by integrating with other ExpressConnect modules, the Trans-Center creates a four-process module cluster-type system. This system has several exciting attributes for emerging process technologies, such as atomic layer deposition, among others.
