MESSAGE TO INVESTORS

Jed Keller, CEOCrossing Automation, Inc., a privately held company founded in 2003 and funded in 2005, has designed and built an innovative and proprietary automated wafer handling system (patent pending) that delivers a solution to what the market needs now.

Crossing Automation’s product inherently contains advanced technology, reliability, and Cost of Ownership (COO) advantages that offer significant benefits for our semiconductor manufacturing equipment customers and our customers’ customers. Our solution for automated wafer handling represents a costs savings of $24 million dollars per year for a company with $700 million in systems revenue or more than 3% of system revenue to the bottom line. We have a critical competitive advantage by offering a modular product that will deliver significant savings in cost of operation, lower inventory costs, shorten new product development cycles and dramatically reduce time to market. For further information, go to the Technical page on this web site.

Crossing Automation’s mission is to be the primary vendor of wafer handling devices for the semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing industry. Our goal is to have gross revenues of $20 million by 2010. We received a Series A funding of $6M from Tallwood Venture Capital and Intel Capital and have demonstrated to date proof of concept and an Alpha Tool. The major product is in the late Beta stages of development with a planned July delivery. Response from early discussions with trusted clients has been highly enthusiastic.

Additional investment in Crossing Automation will be applied to the acceleration of the introduction and launch of major products and product expansion. For more information, investors are invited to contact Laurence Dulmage Vice President Marketing & Sales ldulmage@crossinginc.com
