Casey Eichler
Background:
Casey Eichler joined Ultra Clean Technology (NASDAQ: UCTT), in 2009 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, operations and administration and has worked at public, private and start-up companies during that time. He has proven success in the development and implementation of strategic, operational and restructuring plans. Prior to joining UCT, Casey served as senior VP and CFO at Credence Systems, as executive VP and CFO at MarketTools and as VP and CFO at MIPS Technologies. He has also held management positions at several technology companies including Visigenic Software, NeXT Software and Microsoft.
Casey joined the board of directors for Crossing Automation in 2010 and also serves on the board of directors of SupportSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRT) and Magma Design Automation (NASDAQ: LAVA).
Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John's University.
